I enjoyed the West Beach area a lot. It offers great restaurants and vibrant atmosphere. It. The staff were professional and always helpful. Jon from the front desk assisted with contacting the airline regarding our cancelled return flight, I appreciated it.
The swimming pool felt overcrowded! There were not enough sun loungers available. The walls seemed thin and I could hear everything from the room next door, though

the gym included a good variety of equipment. i saw three treadmills and several weight machines. breakfast had a wide selection. there were many options for eggs, pastries, and fruit. the location was convenient with direct access to the beach. i enjoyed the nearby promenade, it had several restaurants.
the adult section at the pool wasn't always respected. children sometimes entered that area. the check-in process was slow. i waited about an hour for my room to be ready. some drinks were quite expensive. it was higher than i expected.

the hotel room had two double beds and a balcony. the cleaning staff maintained very high standards daily. a staff member escorted me to claw bbq, it was enjoyable. the location on west beach at the palm is great. the hotel has many facilities.

The hotel offered fine views of the arabian sea. the hotel boasts a prime location. It allows easy access to various attractions. it also has a beautiful beach. the strip outside had restaurants. We loved the pool but the view was amazing.
